Mr. Mitchell's qualifications include, Certified Pension Consultant, Qualified Pension Administrator, and Qualified 401(k) Administrator. In addition, Mr. Mitchell is currently studying for the Joint Board of Enrollment of Actuaries third examination EA-2 (Segment B). In April of 1993, with the help of Grey's father, Grey and Mishelle Mitchell started G.M. Pensions as a general partnership located in La Mesa, California. Before that, Grey worked for his father's company, San Diego Professional Services, Inc., which was also a Third Party Pension Administration firm that was located in La Jolla, California.
Grey and Mishelle Mitchell have a Nine-year-old daughter, Emily Mitchell and a Six-year-old son, Jacob Mitchell.
We originally retained the Actuarial services of William J. Sheffler, FCA, EA, MSPA, ASA, MAAA an enrolled actuary in San Diego, California who spent many unpaid hours working with Grey Mitchell for the benefit of plan sponsors. William Sheffler's website is: Sheffler Consulting Actuaries
In 2008 G.M. Pensions retained the services of Robert M. Haness, Enrolled Actuary. Mr. Haness has over 27 year's experience working with qualified Defined Benefit Pension Plans and specializes in designing retirement plans that allow owners to maximize their retirement accumulations and tax deductions, while keeping the cost of funding for rank and file employees to a minimum level, in order to pass government discrimination requirements.
